Our Team

Founder & Managing Partner/Chief Consultant, Data and AI Innovation, Energy and Climate Change – Olarinre Salako, Ph.D.

Dr. Olarinre Salako is a multidisciplinary leader with over two decades of experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, oil & gas, renewable energy, and electric mobility. As the Founder and Managing Partner/Chief Consultant at EMAKEMTOS, a global consulting, advisory, and training firm, he drives innovative, data-informed, AI-powered, and domain-specific solutions that optimize operational efficiency, accelerate energy transition, and foster sustainable development.

A thought leader with 10 U.S. Patents and over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and technical reports, Olarinre has held key leadership positions in oil & gas, automotive, renewable energy, and sustainability sectors, managing high-impact, multimillion-dollar commercial and government-funded projects—including multiple initiatives sponsored by Multi-national Energy Companies and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

At Toyota Connected North America, he championed vehicle electrification, carbon neutrality, and driver safety by harnessing telematics data and artificial intelligence. Among his groundbreaking innovations are a drunk-driving prevention algorithm, Carbon Coaching platforms, an ECO-mode driving algorithm for Earth Day campaigns, and an automated PHEV utilization report system—all significantly advancing Toyota’s net-zero and carbon credit collaborations with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Earlier in his career, Olarinre has led the integration of geology, geophysics, and reservoir engineering with physics-informed machine learning at the Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) to optimize Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) projects across U.S. oilfields. Prior to that, he consulted globally on 3D and 4D seismic reservoir management and time-lapse electromagnetics for reservoir monitoring through his roles at the British Geological Survey and the Edinburgh Time-Lapse Project.

Olarinre holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure, and Society at Heriot-Watt University (UK), BTech in Geophysics from the Federal university of Technology Akure and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Data Science and Machine Learning from Columbia (USA). He has also completed MBA coursework in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Project Management from the University of North Dakota, and holds executive certificates in Blockchain and Smart Contracts Technology from Cornell University (USA) and Sustainability Leadership (Business and Climate Chage – Towards Net Zero Emissions) from the University of Cambridge—underscoring his commitment to innovation and ethical leadership.

Driven by a passion to accelerate sustainable development and technological capacity globally, in Africa and particularly in Nigeria—Dr. Salako founded EMAKEMTOS to facilitate technology transfer, local content development, and strategic project execution. Today, he continues to collaborate with global technology providers, investors, and public-private institutions to advance data-driven development, climate resilience, and inclusive net-zero solutions across industries.

Operating Partner/Principal Consultant, Healthcare and Agriculture – Kingsley Jademi, D.Pharm.

Dr. Kingsley Jademi is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-functional collaboration within the consulting and advisory sector. As an Operating Partner and Principal Consultant at EMAKEMTOS, a global consulting, advisory, and training firm, he leverages his extensive background in Healthcare, Agriculture, and Data Privacy Protection to guide clients through transformational initiatives that optimize resources and enhance competitive advantage.

A thought leader in healthcare consulting, Kingsley has partnered with major healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies—including Pfizer, where he served as a Pharmacist and Business Systems specialist—to streamline operations, improve patient outcomes, and implement cutting-edge digital health solutions. His insights into healthcare regulations and market dynamics have driven measurable impact for global clients such as Fuji Film Pharmaceuticals, Syneos Health, and Linical Americas. In the agricultural domain, Kingsley has spearheaded sustainable development programs, advised on agribusiness strategies, and supported supply chain resilience—delivering tangible value and fostering responsible practices.

Recognizing the critical importance of data privacy and compliance, he has been instrumental in establishing privacy-by-design frameworks, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other global regulations. Kingsley is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US/EU), he also holds credentials in Business Analysis, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship—underscoring his commitment to continuous professional development.

Kingsley earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from the University of Benin and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. As a champion of operational efficiency and innovative leadership, he has successfully managed large-scale projects, improved revenue growth, and introduced automation strategies to reduce operational costs. Senior Consultant, Health Informatics, Agricultural Economic Program Management, Governance and Policy – Lydia Ogbadu-Oladapo, Ph.D., MBA.

Dr. Lydia Ogbadu-Oladapo is a seasoned expert in health informatics, data science, and project management, with a robust career that spans healthcare, social services, gender mainstreaming, and economic development. As Senior Consultant at EMAKEMTOS, a global consulting, advisory, and training firm, Lydia spearheads high-impact, data-driven initiatives across the United States, United Kingdom, and Africa—consistently delivering tangible results for government, nonprofit, and corporate clients.

A thought leader in bridging technology, policy, and community development, Lydia leverages over a decade of IT experience in analysis, design, testing, and data analytics. She is proficient in advanced tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI, enabling her to optimize program outcomes and facilitate evidence-based decision-making. Prior to joining EMAKEMTOS, she served as Program Coordinator/Manager at Frontline Community Services, where she translated organizational objectives into actionable strategies and led large-scale program execution. During her tenure as Program Manager & Gender Specialist at the Federal Project Coordinating Unit (FPSU) of the World Bank-assisted Community & Social Development Project in Nigeria, she championed gender mainstreaming initiatives and implemented economic empowerment programs benefiting thousands of vulnerable individuals.

While at the National Poverty Eradication Program (NAPEP), she directed the rollout of Conditional Cash Transfer initiatives, positively impacting over 50,000 low-income families. Her leadership and integrity earned her the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Chairman’s Award. She continues to excel in functional application deployment, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, applying PMBOK® and PMI’s PM Standard methodologies to strengthen strategic execution and streamline solution delivery.

Lydia holds a Ph.D. in Information Science (Health Informatics & Data Science) from the University of North Texas, an MS in Agricultural Development Economics from the University of Reading (UK), and an MBA from Enugu State University of Science & Technology. She also holds certifications such as PMP, PSM, and AWS CCP, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence. Senior Consultant, Engineering Management & Agile Center of Excellence – Ane Egbo Jademi, D.Eng.

Dr. Ane Egbo Jademi is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in Agile transformations, project management, and data-driven decision-making. As Senior Consultant, Engineering Management & Agile Center of Excellence at EMAKEMTOS, a global consulting, advisory, and training firm, she brings a wealth of expertise to the organization’s engineering, data, and leadership development practices.
